About Us
The Orange County Farmer's Museum was the idea of Robert Score, who was part of a long time Orange County farm family. He is also an accomplished pen & ink artist. Bob and Amy Bull Christ decided in 1990 to begin developing the plans for the museum. They wanted to have a living tribute to the farmer, their families and the entire agricultural community, so others would be able to tell the stories of these people and provide lessons that could be used by future generations. In 1993 the Orange County Farmer's Museum was born. It is a non profit organization that is solely operated by volunteers. Our volunteers come from all walks of life. They are people who are dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Orange Countyu farm and the agricultural community.
